Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, there are literally thousands of combinations that can be made for an order, and our pieces cannot be easily disassembled without damaging them. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope to be able to offer returns/exchanges in the future.

Once we get to your order, you will be sent an automated email informing that your item(s) is preparing to ship. This email will include tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking to update.
Non-standard size maps and heavily custom maps can take us a few weeks to design, make, and ship.
These medium-huge maps can take us a few weeks to get through when we have huge influxes of orders. Once the shipping label has been purchased, the maps enter production and can take up to a week to clear and ship.
